Aluminum Extrusion
By producing our aluminum extrusions in-house, we ensure precise control over aluminum alloy composition, guaranteeing superior material quality. This vertical integration allows us to manage the extrusion process while implementing a robust recycling system that repurposes waste, enabling us to achieve zero waste and uphold our environmental responsibility. Additionally, our inhouse production gives us the flexibility to easily customize aluminum profiles, tailoring them to meet the unique design needs of our customers.
Zero Waste
Our zero-waste approach is achieved through a recycling process within our aluminum extrusion facility. Waste generated during the manufacturing process is collected and smelted in a furnace to create molten aluminum. To ensure proper quality, we mix this molten aluminum with pure 99.9% aluminum ingots, allowing us to precisely control the alloy composition. The resulting material is cast into billets, which are then extruded using precision molds to produce aluminum pipes with the desired shapes and profiles. These extrusions are subsequently utilized as raw materials for our manufacturing needs, creating a closed-loop system that minimizes waste while delivering superior aluminum alloy products.
